Anybody going down to Gunthorpe from our neighbourhood

I know it's a long way, 200ish miles each way but you do get to see the most Scoobies / Evos that you have ever seen in one place

There's lots of other small groups meeting up then heading down there, so we could arrange to meet up with one of those.

lordharding - I beleive is the only one heading down at the moment, meeting at Woodhall Services with the South Yorkshire group. That seems a good idea, but there are probably other routes organised also if you fancy a different approach

Lets try and get some names together and we can see if its on!!

Car sharing may be an option if it gets more there

we could go penrith _ alston back road to darlington stocton saltburn by sea!! then meet up at woodhall by then wife will have PUKED son will have severe BRAIN DAMAGE !!!!! and my credit card for optimax will be full!!!!!!! in reality M6 scotch corner a1 down then meet up i thought they might be more going down i agree 400 miles is a long day out but its only once in a blue moon and i might tie it in with a mini holiday

Sorry for the ignorance, but not many fellow Cumbrian Scoob owners actually acknowledge so you get fed up trying in the end.

Unfortunately the missus and kids aren't that keen ( long day and all that ),but i'll let you know if i'm gonna have a run down South to meet all them friendly Southerners.
