You surprise me Paul, I have taken the last 3 cars I have had there exclusively and wouldn't go anywhere else - know-how and customer service are second to none. Was this recent experience as I know that the move has been a tough one and , for instance, all the ramps + equip were moved to the new premises so that left them unable to do much at the old place in the interim.

No, my experience with them was August last year - got them to fit some P1 brakes to my MY94, then had to take it back twice to solve a rattling sound that they couldn't identify. Finally took it to ABP, who fixed it first time, and rang me back 2 weeks later to make sure I was happy with it. C+K never rang me back at any time, even to tell me it was ready !

None to impressed, ABP get my vote these days...
