NBO6 Charity Total
The official count has now taken place (Thanks Mrs T) and the grand total for
NBO 6 is £5217.96.
Many Thanks to all who attended and dug deep, your contributions will be put to great use by Sue Ryder Care.
I'd also like to Thank the Trade stands for all the excellant Raffle Prizes, all the Lads & Lasses who manned the entrance gates in order to "extract" your donations as well as anyone else who helped in any way to raise some cash (you know who you are ).
On a personal note, I'd like to thank Debbie & Louise (the two charity girls) for travelling over and helping out at short notice.
See you all at NBO 7
Chris.
Breakdown if your interested is -
£2608.98 raised on the day.
BAE SYSTEMS double that amount via their Charity Challenge scheme.
Therefore the Total for NBO 6 is £5217.96

Sorry for the delay (just got back from my hols) but this is a quick post just to confirm that the NBO money did go to Sue Ryder.
I've attached a receipt from the organisation, and also toured the Lancashire facility when I handed the money over.
Rest assured it was greatly recieved and will be put to good use.
After seeing what the money is used for I hope none of the Subaru community ever need their services, but it nice to know their there if we do.
Unfortunaley my tiredness after the 5am start must have caught up with me and I was a few pence out on the adding up (88p to be precise ).
Thanks once again to all who donated.

Thanks for that chris
You can have a rest now untill mid-Jan when you will be called for the planning of NBO7
most of the planning documents have been done from the greatful feedback we recieved and prehaps somehing <slightly > different for NBO 2008 as i think it would be too radical for NBO7 as we need to reherese it in secret first !!
