Not sure bob, but I can tell you that Marple in our experience is THE MOST EXPENSIVE shell in the world! Really! Go to Dean Row near Wilmslow, one of the cheapest in the area, and some nice roads round there to play on as well
Also next door to our monthly meeting place

OOPS. I forgot to mention this the other day. It's shut for a refurb! Sorry!

If you don't have a Sigma alarm then the nearest Shell to Dean Row is opposite the police station in Wilmslow. I can't use the town centre one as the vodafone transmitter on site plays havoc with the immobiliser and you have to push/tow the car 1/2 a mile down the road. So I'm stuck with Tytherington or Chelford.

It's probably just my particular alarm then. It happened again the other day when I collected my pizzas from Domino's just down the road from the Shell. Had to get our kid to tow us out of the area.

There was a thread on here somewhere asking if other people had experienced the same thing. One guy replyed with how to stop it from happening but I can't remember what he said.

I believe this can be overcome if you put in the pin code.

Just get a decent alarm fitted then problem solved (at a small cost of £500) then you will be able to WOW us all at the meets with "look I can turn my headlights on with my remote"

My car came with a separate handbook for the alarm and the keypad is tucked away in the glovebox. Not sure where it is on your shape . I think they sometimes take the little tray to the right of the steering wheel out and stick em there too . Could be wrong though.

Think the connections are a bit loose in mine as it doesn't always register the key being pressed. That could be down to my fat fingers though.
