Default Does anyone have a car trailer I can borrow?

and preferably a car or van to pull it with?

It's cheeky, I know, but I'm going to pick my project car up in a couple of weeks and as it's a rolling shell, I need to trailer it. Neither of my cars have a towbar and there's loads of spares that need bringing back with it as well so a roomy vehicle to tow the trailer with would be handy.

Obviously fuel will be paid for plus beer tokens for helping out

Kev, I'm in Cheshire and the car I'm picking up is in Birmingham, so it could be a long way for you!

Rev, I have a trailer as well if you still need one, suitable for small to medium cars.

Hi Kes,

Long time no see! How's things?

Thanks for the offer, do you also have a car with a towbar 'cos neither of mine do?

The car is between the size of a Mk2 Escort and a Capri, will that fit?

LOL< I'll have probably sold mine by then! Bed on mine is 15ft long and just over 5ft wide.

It has been a while, we must do a meet and catch up, car is finally back on the road after a 12 month rebuild....

John, it's on Ebay at the moment, it owes me about £350.... I would keep it, but with the wheels I have on the car now, the car is slightly 2 wide to sit on the trailer properly, so I'm selling this one to get one a few inches wider!
