Hi Mark, i know its a bit late.... But is 11am early enough....

Looked on route planner and its about 48 miles, and takes about an hour (in a normal car....lol ) To the first meeting point...

So gonna get there a little earlier, just 15 mins or so, so theres time to eat before we set off...
