Good on ya! Are you coming to NM5 on the 29th?
Some of the mods for disabled drivers are amazing these days. One of my neighbours is a Thalidamide victim, and she drives her Rover 25 just using her feet and a small joystick!
Cheers

Welcome ;-)
Although I can go one better than a hand-controlled P1.
My cousin's husband is a city trader, has been in a wheelchair since childhood and got fed up with driving 'vans', so had a £145,000 Bentley Turbo converted!!!

Always worth consulting a solicitor, although 96 in a 70 should just be a fixed penalty fine and a nice collection of points (5 or 6)
I know a very good traffic solicitor if you want one.

Hi Pramrace,
Well I've got only a palm and thumb, no fingers on my right hand. Don't really think of it as disabled though.
MY97 5-door, the only modification needed was a dealer fitted prodrive quickshift 8-) Oh and a Powerstation geometry/bumpsteer was also recently a must-have aid!
While I'm writing this reminds me; I just got a quick notice of intended procescution for (96 mph) exceeding 70mph (camera) probably the other side of the road digital ones at 8:56am 11/04/2001 A43 Northamptonshire. No conditional offer enclosed. I have a clean license, this is the first recorded offence in over 12 years of driving.
Should I:
a) Reply and state I was driving
b) Consult a lawyer. Write to request the evidence to check who was driving my car that day, etc.
cheers,
Rob.
