Default WYIOC Events Area now OPEN!

Ladies & Gents Firstly, I would like to thank Shaun for his time in discussion and hard work behind the scenes in getting the WYIOC forum area up and running.

The Icon below costs just £5 and is available to anyone wishing to support the club. It will be on show wherever you post on SNET actively advertising the club..

Al.

Just had a looksee and was gonna enquire why I couldn't post or apply for my WYIOC logo. I'll sit and twiddle my thumbs for a while

Shaun is currently moving some of the active threads to the area, so don't post new ones here in Northern..

Hi Paul. You'd be better off actually in the WYIOC Forum than the thread telling people it exists

Anyway, we have a couple of Hawkeye's in the club. The most modified is probably Dave Carter's (DaveSTi350), and then there's Martin (STi300). Pop along to any of the numerous meets and events, maybe even come to the Blyton Blast trackday this weekend

IMHO the best modding route is to get the brakes, chassis and suspension sorted first. Pads, lines and fluid first. Then some Whiteline ARB's and solid links. Crown it off with some AST's and a good geo set-up and you'll be able to really use the torque of the 2.5. Driver training is always another good mod before you start tinkering with the expensive oily bits and ruining reliability. Learn Roadcraft and look into training from the likes of Don Palmer. I'll let the guys who've got the t-shirt tell you about power mods as I never bothered, but was always fast enough.

See you at a meet sometime
