SMACS GT4 Nurburgring Challenge
After the succesful run out over the weekend I thought something different was on order. So who fancies a race around the Nurburgring?
Picked up GT4 last week, so I though a time trial around the ring, everyone putting in a lap and best time wins all.
Would coincide this with the next monthly meet, which is first Weds in April. Location likely to be my house unless someone has a better idea/offer.

OK, weekend is a possibility (will give us more time for all the runs) and I don't mind where it is. Projector screen sounds good.
It also has Dolby Digital so could you get that hooked up too? I have some cables somewhere but not got around to setting it up yet.

Can I suggest a 3 category racing series to make things interesting? As Mods, settings and driving skill will vary and be hard to police, I see no point in putting too many rules down.
The Nurburgring can be completed by a car with any mod or setting. Modifications should be listed. Settings can remain a secret...
Open Class – Any car.
Subaru – Any Subaru. Your opportunity to make your car the quickest?
Mitsubishi – Any Mitsi to see if the damn things do go faster?
Clarification rules.
A screen shot should be posted to validate the claim.
The screenshot should endeavour to have something that attaches you to the time.. Could use a piece of paper with SMACS & Name? (I've seen a few anonymous screen shots about that could be used)
No screenshot will mean the time remains unvalidated and therefore open to question.
The fastest club time will mean fame, fortune and bucket loads of Kudos... i.e bugger all.

We will be taking the pictures of Neeves ****, when we get to see the pictures, VERY seriously. It will require VERY close scrutiny too. It may even induce enlargement and jiggery pokery.... with Paintshop.... all in the name of science you understand, as it will verify Dazaa's time.
Anyway. Back to me joy stick twiddling..

Gentlemen..
Darren has posted his verification picture as promised on our thread...
There is a word of warning however......
If you can beat the time or the method of verification... we'd be more than happy to see it..

Mate, he (along with most of SN) has seen you Gert's **** (+ other twiddly bits) at point blank range. How much more familiar would you like him to be?

My new personal best in the Spec_C<361 bhp catagory here :
http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthrea...62#post4405162
Plenty of places where I backed off more than I should have, reckon theres a good 4 seconds or so to come off that time in the 3rd quarter of the course, where I can't get any rythym going.
