Question Skid pans in Lancashire.

Does anybody have links with or know of, any skid pans that would be willing to accomodate a few peeps wishing to improve their driving skills ?
I'm after somewhere that can provide training / instruction (and the driven car) for around 10 - 15 people.
Any recomendations, web links etc please send them to chris.towers@baesystems.com

Thanks
Chris

Chris,

I spoke to Lancashire Constabulary about this a while back and whilst they didn't say no, they didn't say yes either. Somebody in either Traffic or PR at the HQ in Penwortham was going to get back to me but never did.

Chris

P.s. Thanks for the cheque - you could have waited until the next meet though - there was no rush.

Thumbs up

Chris

The Three Sisters race circuit at Ashton-in-Makerfield,
Wigan has a skid pan. I havent been on it but I have been karting on their rather good outdoor circuit. Could kill two birds with one stone, organise a LADS karting day and for anyone else interested, they could also do the skid pan? Just an idea
