Please can everyone bring their £10-00 plus £10-00 per passenger to Elvington on Saturday as this has been paid out of club funds and if we dont get the money back in there wont be any burgers

If anyone wants a Full Car Spec sheet doing of their car nice and fancy fully laminated to go on their windscreen at Donacster show and any other show just email me their details of the car that is and i will get one done for them

dont forget your fold up chairs okay only £5 - £10 from asda. but if you forget i should have a couple of extra with me too also be bringing a table with me too.

Ive had a reply from Abbie from Live promotions this morning so here goes.
Hi Steve,
With regards to your stand size, we normally work it out in square meters per car although i haven't sited anyone yet. Will let you know about that probably tomorrow.
I'm sure a BBQ won't be a problem just safety precautions as normal.
The Van and trailer can go in the Exhibitor car park, just ask on arrival and the gate steward should direct you.

yep been talking to Abbie this morning and all is being sorted so can get about sorting the stand now
