Default I'm after a small/mini air compressor, any suggestions ?

Its to use for blowing out dust in things like PC rads and heatsinks, normally i buy compressed air in a can but in the long run i'd be better with some type of mini air compressor.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions ?

Try Machine Mart, they have a customer service number where you can phone and they will advise you what's what.

Look at airbrush compressors, smaller, quieter and cheaper than the sort of thing you would use for air tools.

Have a look at these, the cheapest one should probably be ok for what your after. You shouldn't need a particularly large reservoir for an air duster.
