The reason that they were given TPIMs is that there was not sufficient evidence to prosecute them. If there is not compelling evidence or even sufficient evidence then what are we to do, bring back the lynch mob? I suspect that the inevitable ongoing surveillance on these people will have the same effect as the TPIMs. Yes it will be a drain on resources/cost but maybe not much different to now.

I'm no apologist for terrorist scum here or overseas, but if there is not sufficient proof....................
