Just read an interesting article by a woman who runs a business.
She moans that kids come out of school NOT knowing how to write a letter, answer a phone and keep their tempers.
This last is the problem in schools, and thanks to YEARS of namby-pambysm, people saying, "No-one lays a hand on my kid, etc etc", kids now go through schools thinking they can do as they like.
When they get into the world of work, and find they can't, there is often trouble.
