Assigning a private plate??
I've bought the mrs a private plate for Christmas, I've got the v750 through with her as the nominee and myself as the purchaser (obviously). Now I want to apply it to the vehicle as a surprise also, all I can find on the internet is that I fill the v750 in and send with the v5c. She is the registered keeper of the car, does the v5c need signing by her as I can't find any definitive answer on it?
