I watch boring programmes sometimes in hope that they'd get interesting nearer the end. That's the way the Royal Variety Show went for me. I did conclude via that show that Harry Hill should have stayed a doctor. He's hopeless as a comedian and as a comic stuff maker.
Anyway, did Tom Daley win?

You can bring your coat inside before it becomes solid with frost, or you'll be struggling to put it on in the morning.
I can guess who won, anyway. It's gotta be Andy Murray.

I reckon
Christine Ohuruogu deserves it simply on the basis that anyone with a surname like hers deserves a break

Hannah Cockroft - 24 world records?
Would be a travesty if she didn't win it.
(And a great personality to boot)

Do us favor, it's laudable, even more daft than x Factor.
The credible part is promoting sport of course

It was a choice between her and Ian Bell for me, but current events down under have swung it.
