Co2 pistol refills?
Just took my son to nursery and noticed that these were scattered all over the road outside my house. Are these what I think they are?

I don't know TbH, are they spent have they been used?
There seems to be an awefull lot though, if they are from an Co2 pistol someone's been doing a lot of shooting? Maybe he Police should be informed?

Look similar to the cylinders I use as a very quick way of pumping up bicycle tyres. I use them when out riding as it's better than standing around with a mini pump which takes ages and in the cold it's not pleasant. See the tool here, you buy more cylinders as they are one shot items.

Mind you I only carry one of them and someone going through that lot must have had a load of punctures!

Also used for soda syphons (anyone still use those), pressurising home brew barrels, and for you gastronomic types the guns for making foams, espumas, etc.

Hard to tell from the angle of the photo but they look a different size to the co2 canisters (crossman etc) most air pistols use
Do bike pumps etc use the same size canisters? As in are they universal?
