My point of view, yes someone under the age of consent can be sexually aware and indeed proactive in these matters. Cue knee jerk responses from the rent a quote mob who without hearing all the facts condemn and bandwagon 'shock' etc.

*Usual disclaimers about not condoning actions of the older male, sexual abuse and I have a daughter myself.

Won't be long before that poor 41year old will be in jail What makes me more surprised is that he admits he thought she was older than 13! He says he thought she was 15!

I'm sure he will enjoy his new accommodation and I'm sure the people who are there will make him feel at home

Referring to a troubled and vulnerable youngster who fell prey to an opportunistic paedophile as "predatory" was definitely a bad call. She might have been seeking the liason but was clearly in need of help.

The 41 year old deserves all he gets, whether she wanted sex or not she's too young and that should be quite obvious.
