Default Anything Good to watch?

After many months I've finally got round to watching the end of Prison Break, and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it.

If you haven't watched it I would highly recommend, however it's fairly lengthy so be prepared for some serious tv time

So what can I get my teeth into now, any suggestions?

I'm not a big tv fan as I don't have much free time to watch anything, but when working shifts and walking through the door at midnight it gives me a nice way to chill out and unwind.

It's bloody shocking, yes it's alright if your fortunate to have a decent deal with them, but the £60pm or whatever it is for the full deal is simply not worth it IMHO. I've got every channel, but I'm just fortunate to have an extremely cheap deal otherwise I'd have scrapped it.

Ironically I started this last night, the first episode is enough to get the feel that this is going to be entertaining

Hannibal

I think it beats everything around at the moment - even Walking Dead IMHO.

GOT is OK but I find any scene without Tyrion in fairly boring these days. The book are like wading through treacle some times.

Trailer for S4 of Walking Dead is out and looks great.

Boardwalk Empire is epic too.

Other lesser known but IMO excellent series is Hell on Wheels - its into its 3rd season and is a really good westerner.

When I get time I'll watch breaking bad because I've never seen an ep but many people race about it.

lol, dexter is the daddy, it's difficult to find anything that can pull you in as well as that these days.

Can't remember the name of it, but it's a western series with lovejoy antiques bloke in it, that was quite entertaining.
edit to add; just remembered, it's called Dead Wood.

Banshee - Great
Game of Throne - Superb
Walking Dead - Much improved
Breaking Bad - Enjoyed pilot last night, will continue
True Blood - Missuse watches, but has some boobage to keep my eyes open
Prison Break - Added to the list, thanks

Strongly recommend STRIKE BACK. First series was a little weak, but the main actors were replaced in S2 after it was taken on by Cinemax (who do Banshee) and it got much better.

All can be streamed on stream-tv.me

Not well-aware of what's good on TV tbh, but Love/Hate caught my eyes due to its Irish gangsta subject matter. The main young dude in it also looked intriguing with his heavy eye lashes and amazing eyes. IMO the drama wasn't fantastically fantastic at all apart from the celebration bit in the the last episode, which was impactful.

However, I got to watch Big Brother that occurred on the same channel 5 around the time of Love/Hate, and I have to say that the twin fat kids in the BB were hilarious. Their wasp incident yesterday was ROTFL material. I've seen people freaking out at insects before, but them two flapping about with their mighty mass bouncing and bulging through their lycra tightsuits, and their screaming like a girl at the sight of a wasp were absurdly funny.

BTW, I'm not recommending BB to anyone. I know that most of you already watch it with the excuse of your missus watching it, anyway.

Thanks to everyone for their input, there’s quite a large list of things to watch mounting up, but what to watch next?
I have just got to the start of Season 4 of Breaking Bad, and I have to say it has been fantastic. The writing and acting has been like nothing else I have watched before. Bryan Cranston has played the role as Walter fantastically; I can’t imagine anyone else could have done a better job. I’m looking forward to watching the rest, and Season 5 when its released.
Here is my list in no particular order taken from this thread, Prison break is the only other one I have watched. Maybe its time for a Vote thread
• Breaking Bad
• Banshee
• Sons of Anarchy
• Vikings
• Game of Thrones
• Prison Break
• Homeland
• Walking Dead
• Boardwalk Empire
• Dexter
• Sopranos
• True Blood
• Strike Back.
