If your job is to deliver packages then crack on, if you manage a team of delivery drivers let them get on with their job.
Now you have his / her postal address you can set up camp on their front lawn if you really want!!!
There is that saying though, never meet your heroes?

I'd deliver it myself & get him to sign twice for it so I had his autograph. It's an abuse of you position as a manager & sad, but these opportunities don't come often LOL

Yup, drove up to the gate, pressed the intercom and he answered it lol. Drove up the long driveway and he came out to the van. I tried to stay as calm as possible and got him to sign on the scanner and on the paperwork (Just to make sure ). I offered to help him with the box but he said he'd be fine with it, then said "Nice to meet you by the way" and shook his hand. He realised I knew who he was and smiled lol.
His house was nice, but not the mansion you'd expect.

I was going to clean up my guitar to take to ask him to sign. I grew up with his guitar playing wailing through our house, to me he is Pink Floyd, but then others think differently. For me the music definately improved post-Syd. Although my Daughter is called Emily .

Yep...You can see the influence of Gilmore on the 2nd LP saucerful...and you can also see Syd`s demise due to the acid(Jug Band Blues...WTF!!!), They definitely got better musically as Gilmore could play the guitar and sing...Syd well...erm...The guy is a legend of the psychedelic era and will always have his place in music history
You could have called her `Arnold` or`Astronomy Domine`
PS, I`m not that old ...still in my 30`s...for another years or 2 anyway
