YouView - Worth getting?
I'm going to be upgrading my TalkTalk broadband to fiber and have been offered a package that included a Youview box for £5 per month extra. I aleady have a Topfield PVR so I don't need a new one, but was interested to know if the extra features on the YouView like catchup TV were going to be worth it. Are the boxes any good to use?

I have one; bought when Comet went bankrupt.
It's a good bit of kit. There is an app for iDevices available now, and for android in the near future whereby you can set a recording from the pub, when out shopping (with the mrs) etc etc.
You also have access to BBC iPlayer etc so it does have it's advantages over the older PVR's, although I still have an old Humax 9200T as well.
Personally I'd hammer TalkTalk down though and get it free as they're a cunch of bunts, but that's just my opinion.
