Saw this earlier,
Between Thursday April 25th - Tuesday April 30th 2002 the Gumball 3000 rally will take part across the USA. May be a stupid question, but during the gumball what happens about speeding fines? Or does everyone drive at the speed limit’s 
I remember someone saying that all the fines are on the spot and very heavy but you don't get any points on your licence. I think there was a Porsche driver who got a £68,000 fine
for doing almost 3-4 times the limit he was in.
