Newspapers being attrocious?
Certain newspaper are known for their " "investigatitive journalism" - in other words stitching people up

Why is it they can entrap someone? Do they just pick a name out of the hat and go after that person? Surely if nothing comes of it then the target involved should be able to take them to court? Should the cps not be able to prosecute the paper for trying to encourage a crime or for trying to frame someone? ??
