I need to buy some foreign currency to finance my next car and wonder if anyone out there has done this recently and could suggest some good places?

Cheers,
Stephen

I used www.currencies4less.com to pay the deposit on my car in the form of a spot contract and got 1.63 Euro's/£. I then arranged a forward contact for the balance and achieved 1.625 Euro's/£.

Nice and efficient and helpful when I needed anything clariying.

I have done this a few times recently, I contacted a few of the supposed experts in this field who in fact offered pretty bad rates and in the end I just used my Bank as they gave me the exchange rate and not the Tourist rate. But if the rate is high now and you wish to secure it, in case it drops in the future then I think that currencys4less will do this. I'm not sure what they charge for this service.

Have a look at HIFX in Windsor. They have a particularly fit member of staff, who's name escapes me...

Thanks again. A nice website but I couldn't see any photos of staff members on line though!
