Fake or not it made me laugh 
If it is fake then the guy in the passenger seat is a real good actor as you can literally see him shîtting a brick in that seat, his face says it all

just read some of the comments, the basketball one with all the camera's were siposedly filming one of the young players for a documentry, hence camera's and pepsi around, who knows though

It's got to be fake.It's in the USA.Can you imagine if the guy had a heart attack?He would be sued for millions if he didn't have the salesmans consent.
He could probably sue anyway for putting his life in danger .
