I think that one needs posting around Facebook!

 

He did, but forgot to get out the car. I really don't understand how accidents like this happen. Near to where I live someone negotiated a junction incorrectly, went through a wall and parked on a bench in the beer garden of a pub, no other vehicle involved.
Unless they had a blackout I see no reason for it to happen.

looks like the traffic warden and the police officer are trying to decide if to do the driver for crashing into window or having one wheel on double yellows.

either that or the warden is doing the police car
