Oscar Pistorius up for murder
So, Bladerunner accused of killing his girlfriend.
Not that he'd be the first bloke to shoot at his girlfriend's face whilst legless, but still, bit of a surprise story.

Seems likely to be a case of mistaken identity.
I lived out there for a while - in the bad old whitie days - and was told it was pretty OK to shoot an intruder/burglar as long as the body was found on your property.

i lost a bit of respect for this chap when he threw his toys out of the pram after being beaten fair and square in the Para Olympics
and with this, shooting his girfriend in the face 4 times, seems to have confirmed my view that the bloke is a chump of the highest regard

So did this poor cow creep up on him and he shot her by mistake,

If that is true, come on.
You wouldn't hide behind a bathroom door and open fire at someone you know, unless you are suffering from some serious psychological disorder. and 4 times?? What a bullsh!t that he thought it was some intruder.
We don't know all the facts, do we. We're only tallking on the basis of what we know, to be fair. It may turn out to be different with further evidences, I know.
