Its ok as their research shows that sitting side saddle means that only rarely do any women fall off as opposed to virtually never when sat correctly.

Indonesia is not an Islamic state although 86% of its population of 237 million are Muslim. Some regions are Christian, Hindu (e.g. Bali) or Buddhist and it is the Buddhist and Hindu relgions that define much of the country's culture.
The province of Aceh with a population of just 4 million people is the only Sharia region of Indonesia (this is where the stupid motorcycle law is in place) while the majority of Muslims are Sunni so not prone to extremist laws, views etc.

Before they send leaflets out saying this is going to be illegal they need to sort out the laws of licences to drive, drive properly and stop bathing pooing and putting dead people in the river everyone drinks from!
