Phew, so my neighbour is an **** then LOL! He wanted to borrow a film and laughed at them being in order and then made the OCD comment..... stupid thing is he would still be looking for it if they weren't.

Not all OCD is negative and as long as it doesn’t cause any difficulty to your daily existence in any way, so I wouldn't worry.
I have a reverse OCD in that department. I keep my work office very organised but I am terribly messy with my books and paper mountain in my house office. But as I know exactly where what is; in all that chaos, that is more than satisfactory for me. No one is allowed to mess with my mess, because they can disturb my secret order.

I have all of my music in alphabetical order, then each artist in order of release, comilations come after Z and they are alphabectical order by genre, then in alphabectical order of title if that makes sense :s

If you have tins in the cupboard that MUST face with the lables a certain way as well , then i think you would have a problem- oh and a cleaning freak as well.
My mate used to do some work for a chap he knew and he told me this guy would go mad at his wife if she put a tin back in the cupboard with the lable not correctly angled forward.
His wife is no longer with him

In a film called "Sleeping with the Enemy", the husband puts all tins in alphabetical order in the kitchen cupboard. His OCD symbolises him as a control freak.

Spot on- i wouldnt normally make light of something like this but this chap was not a nice man- met him a couple times and you could quickly tell this guy was a total control freak and everything had to be his way. Apparantly, he could be a real nasty piece of work.

OCD!! OCD!! OCD!!
I've just fitted a DAB/USB stereo in my van and have every song/album I own on a USB stick which just plugs into my stereo, CD's are a bit 2012!

Just did this got 6/20 and 0/20 but I am quite **** at looking after thing like car, laptop, watches I pads, clothes etc., all the things I own look like new. I gave the boy my last 2 laptops and nearly died when I seen them a month later. The first is laying upstairs waiting for me to strip out the HDD and the memory that’s the only 2 things salvageable on it after he broke the screen he then stood on the keyboard. I then gave him my toshiba laptop was about year and a bit old perfect order within a month the lid looked like he had draged it along the roughcast on the building and burst the latch that held it down, easy come easy go. He wonders why I wont lend him any thing. All my CDs are lying in a box I ripped them all and now they are in artist order on my server.

My CDs are in alphabetical order by artist, but I randomly put things out of sync to ensure that I'm not OCD: Bob Marley goes to W for Wailers, Dylan goes under B and Bowie goes in the D section. Also my daughter ensures it all gets messed about by frequently borrowing my CDs. Don't agree about vinyl - terrible medium IMO with jumps and scratches etc.

Discs I usually sort by category. And my blu-rays are sorted by normal box, cardboard outer box or metallic box set!
Other stuff I am OCD on:
-Tin cans must have their labels facing outward i.e. so you can read them when you open the cupboard door
-Toilet roll must be put on the holder so the next sheet dangles nearest to you rather than against the wall – I just don’t understand why people do it the other way. Makes no sense to me
