Not bad, 1kw of lighting should keep the eleccy meter spinning nicely Although what I've found with cheap floodlights when using 500watt tubes is they burn through the contacts at each end of the fitting, the heat then causes the bulbs to blow.
Still got a tripod there, and new lamps fittings are only £10 each, or just use 350watt tubes instead which give off a little less heat.

They should keep you warm in the cold winter.
What I don't understand is how can they be called "Twin Site Lights" when they have this warning in the description..
