End of the world ?
How do you think it may happen, if it was by some tiny chance ?
Dont want to worry you but I had a dream last night and it scared the pap out of me.
Was driving, stopped at lights, just me in the car, and the only car about as was late on, the light was weird considering the hour, should have been dark sky was orange, stuff blowing around. It got windier and the light got weirder and I could feel a force pressing down on me, like G force, or an excess of gravity which got stronger and stronger, I could feel the car buckling around me and my head being pressed down into my body, all the lights around flashing randomly and a howling noise as the cars roof caves in and my body collapses in on itself, not quite dead I can still see stuff going on then it all goes white, it all goes quiet and then I woke up.
I bet it will be a huge man made of Marshmallows.
Anyone not really give a toss either way

The only positive of the world ending on Friday is that I can finally boast that I beat the TV Licensing Man.

not fussed either way to be honest
1-world ends horribly..........we are ****ed
2-world doesnt end-so we still get screwed out of every penny we earn by this money grabbing government..........we are ****ed

There are different interpretations, the thinking is that if nothing whatsoever happens it is business as usual, if the world ends we may have a little time to think "Well **** me, they were right" but the other theory is that the world is due some kind of shift into a different age, perhaps like I have been saying all along the current financial situation, school killings and the middle east, feel like the last knockings of a game of monopoly and perhaps on Friday someone has had enough and launches the board into the air and shouts "**** this", all the ***** in the world spontaeneously combust.
Nice to dream but we all know it will just be another wet Friday, actually, look at Metcheck, the forecast is sutably apocalyptic, solid rain.

Woke up after a particularly exciting one where I watched a plane crash off a runway into water, woke up, told the wife and ten minutes later she asked me what kind of plane it was, "A Big one or a small one", I replied "A Jumbo" then she showed me the news, a China Airlines 747 had managed to end up in the Harbour in Hong Kong.
Think it was a massive coincidence really, millions of people all having dreams, someone is going to dream something that happens.

My Mrs is all uppety about me DJ'ing tomorrow night with all this world ending business.
I asked her politely at what time will the world end. Will it be Greenwich Mean Time? What about Australia or the US? Will they end in different time zones.
Surprisingly she had no answer over the 24 hour period.

Even if those of us that are a bit concerned about this (so to speak) turn out to have worried for nothing at least our worry for our loved ones shows we care. Think of that as a positive rather than just thinking she is mental.

Ignoring the part about how she doesn't know the exact time, I can see where she is coming from.

Plus for me Friday is a good opportunity regards my hobby and she's expecting me to cancel as she's a bit worried about something she can't explain her reasoning for.
Probably as our minds work differently (mine and hers). I'm more logic and facts based whereas my lovely wife to be and mother of my beautiful son isn't.

What I mean is that if the world ends at say 4pm GMT then the world will end at 3-4am 22/12/12 in New Zealand as an example. Thus making the Mayans wrong. I can't get logic from it so asked Nat to explain her angle. She couldn't so I was/am still totally unconvinced.
Plus for me Friday is a good opportunity regards my hobby and she's expecting me to cancel as she's a bit worried about something she can't explain her reasoning for.
