I'm a true believer in,if it's not broke don't fix it.the amazing spider man was complete trash compared to spiderman 1&2 or even 3 which was average.

The only reboot that I thought they got spot on was Edward nortons hulk compared with the first one even in avengers ruffalo's take of the hulk was quite good and the cg hulk in avengers was a nice touch also.

Funnily enough I watched it this afternoon and thought it was disappointing. Spiderman should be dark, like Batman.

I liked it but thought Peter wasn't geeky enough to start, I mean skateboarding seriously? I did not find Garfield likeable at all, also I thought the becoming spiderman section was not long enough. I did like the fact gwen got involved and wasn't just another screaming damsel in distress.

I though the Toby Maguire versions were one of the better superhero potrayals of the original story/comicbook. I Also was a bit disappointed with the new version.

Edward norton hulk = great
Eric Banner hulk = poor

Is the big monster in the good one meant to be abomination?

Yep - the latest Spider-Man is crap! Not sure why they would re-write how he "became" only 10 years after the first Toby film and then proceed to make it average at best!

As my dad said at the time (god rest his sole) . . . . .

"its a bit far-fetched".

I said it was always kinda going to be far-fetched ,what with it being about a giant green monster but i knew what he meant.

It makes me laugh everytime i see it for that reason.

Geek on; In the comics the Hulk was always able to jump for miles, he has unlimited strength and ability and the more angry he gets the stronger, and bigger, he gets. Hence why in the Eric Banner version, the Hulk's size varied in each situation. So him being chased and having missiles fired at him would make him angry enough to be able to run so fast and jump for so long. Geek off.

dont know bout spierman, but parts of both hulks were.... incredible!!

one where he was attacked by monster dogs - as 1 bit into his trap he got so angry the muscle grew so quick it then proceeded to break the dogs jaw!!!! awsome - thats what the hulk is all about, driven angrier by aggressive action against him.

the othe hulk with ed norton was great - but just because i fcking love the hulk - my all time top superhero!! bending tank turrets and smashing tanks into the ground - thats the true hulk!!! love it

spidey, superman, batman, wolverene can all just suck the hulks d*ck tbh

secretley i know the secret behind the hulks power, its a mix of 100mg testosterone propionate 3 x weekly, 100mg masteron propionate 3 x weekly and 3 x 100mg trenbolone acetete weekly, plus and oral kickstart of 50mg of thai oxymethelone for first few weeks. what makes it work so quickly is the addition of 10iu;s of growth hormone/100mcg of igf1-lr3 and a secret blend of myostatin inhibitors - he knows all the tricks lol

I thought the new spiderman was being played by Andy Murray when I started watching it. Cr4p compared to the original ones. As for the Hulk, the one in Avengers is spot on and thought played brilliantly. Just reminds me so much of the original series which is exactly what it should do.
