Buying goods from Asia
Hi looking for some advise I'm about a buy a set of wheels from eBay however the seller is based in Singapore he have come to a deal on the price and he is going to send me an invoice via email and he wants me to pay via pay pal.
His eBay account has 60 positive feedback's which is sort of OK but my transaction will not be going through eBay so my question would be how would you pay this guy so if did things did go belly up I would get my money back?
Kev.

Besides your payment problem, you will be hit with import duty, VAT (possibly) and the fees of the courier in the UK to collect those fees.
Personally, I would avoid the deal and buy in UK or EU.
