Not really when they are all juiced up on vodka. One of our blokes was sent to St Petesburg for a meeting. The jug of water turned out to be neat vodka

 

I once had a meeting with the Russian prison authority (they came to the UK)
9:10am, out popped a bottle of Vodka and they proceeded to offer it around, they were rather confused when we explained that's not how we conduct business in the UK.

Also had a meeting once with the Finnish prison authority(Again in the UK).
Same thing, except this time the guy simply said "You like yin", and proceeded to extract a bottle of gin from his briefcase.

A few years ago there was a shutdown at the petrochemicals site i work at and they found Portuguese fitters having a bottle of wine with lunch ( booze is a complete no no on site )

 

4:17 - 4:22 might be the craziest 5 seconds in history.

 

It looks like Russia has overtaken Italy for the worst country to drive in. They just don't get a flying a fck do they?!
