Perfectly legal thing to do, and with the help of some slightly ambiguous wording, it's doing someone out of what they think they are getting.

It should be under Mobile Phone Accessories, not under Mobile and Smart Phones so yeh, it is a ****ty thing to do but there are some idiots out there who deserve it.
