Thats capitalism gone wrong. Its just not possible to argue that those few people in that family somehow manage to work harder than all of the people in the 40% bracket they have more than.

Have you read the truth-o-meter verdict. It depends on how you define wealth. For example, a tramp in the street with £5 in his pocket, and no debts, is wealthier than most students, assets-liabilities.

Still an interesting fact.

As is that the US government borrows 40c in every dollar it spends.

So very true. This was backed up by something released yeaterday that 20% of the working population earn £7.20 or less. You would hope it would be around 5%, not one fifth. There is huge, huge inequality in America, and its heading our way.
