Chips Away & similar - anyone used them??
My new car has a few annoying scuffs and stone chips which I'd like to get rid of. Anyone used Chips Away or similar mobile chip/scuff repairs places?
What was the finish like and what sort of prices?

I used Chips Away's local guy to get my wheels refurbed when I bought the 350Z. Did a great job and finish was great, was a decent price too £65 per wheel, which considering the state they were in when I bought the car was a bloody bargain!

Used them before with good results though they are a franchise so only as good as the guy.
Recently got a quote to fix scratch in door and roof though and it came to just shy of £400. Thats bodyshop prices.

I have never tried Chips Away but they are supposed to be good.
Its really annoying when you get scuffs etc. like that. Especially incompetents driving supermarket trolleys. They never seem to understand why anyone should be upset at damage to the paintwork either.
