Can't it just be what it is? There doesn't have to be some conspiracy behind everything.
From what I saw on Fox earlier the Yanks are seriously pissed with us over this

Am I the only one who thinks he should have been sent over and fried? Reguardless of his illlness (that he has only had for 3yrs btw) he knew he was doing wrong and should be punished.
If it was just hacking into a facebook account or something then yes he should be tried here. But it wasn't it was of one of the biggest defence systems in the world. What if he had a spastic moment and send a message to fire misiles or something.
It was a very serious hack that should be delt with by the country that was 'invaded'

I read a little about It a few years ago and that there was very little "hacking" involved

I'm pleased with the decision, but it irks me that it was even felt necessary to mention he has Asperger's Syndrome. So??
Robsy you don't "catch" Asperger's so whoever said he'd only had it for three years was talking utter, utter $hite just fyg.

my lad has traits of it, and you only have to look at that blokes mannerism's to know he has it, even at 46 if he believes in aliens there will be no telling him they doen't exist, as for catching asperger's thats the best laugh iv'e had in ages . people are born with it end of

But in this case, would the asperger's have been used by the defence team as a n other reason not to extradite

Oh definitely. But if he is so badly affected that he cannot be deported because of "a" condition, then he doesn't have Asperger's, that's my point.
