Steam game thing ?
Is this thing the biggest pain in the **** ever ?
I set up an account ages ago, the kids kind of nicked it but now I have a new super duper Dell 17 inch beat laptop and I want to try some games, it wont let me play as my lad is playing it, I started a new account and tried to use my Skyrim disk and it says it is tied to the other account ffs !
So, you buy a library of games and can t share them or play them at the same time, what a sack of ****, I cant kick the kids off the original account as they have bought all the games, I cant even play Skyrim offline as it needs Steam to even loads, what if you dont have an internet connection ?

I love steam. It's the best thing to happen to online gaming since UT.
You really shouldn't have the same account as your kids, that's the problem. You've effectively given Skyrim to your kids. You could use the workaround Beef said though.
