There is a remote possibility that when Amy read that Twitter report, she was probably alive too, then thought "oh noes, I'm dead" and topped herself with vodka and pills.

Speculation of course.

Just when I see young'uns obessesed with twatter and faceplant, it does make me wonder how'd they survive without internet.

I don't understand twitter, but FB is useful. I have about 60 people on there I see regularly and some I can't get to. I share family photos and messages and it lets me keep up with their lives.

It's also a great way to get help with things from your friends, for example, I can post saying I need a good plumber and someone will post a suggestion or offer help and I know the people are genuine.

I think the people who don't like it are either being stubborn about never being willing to try it or have tried it and added a load of people they really don't care about. It's basically a forum for your choice of members.
