It as to be done as part of the BBC's Ethnic Minority output. But it was pretty ****e in all fairness, an unfunny asian version of a tired formulaic British sitcom.
One series tops.

It was pretty poor. A shame really as sometimes these kinds of shows can be quite funny ie Goodness Gracious Me (the first few series anyway)

I know where you're coming from fella. I tend to avoid their shops, petrol stations, food and especially their doctors
I even had to switch the Olympic ceremony off because they had Asians banging some crappy jungle drums on it

Though there is of course a huge home market you'd be surprised at how popular they are in many other countries ie middle east, Thailand, Malaysia, Phillipines, even places like Russia etc
Personally I'm no fan of them.
