Not the badly made stuff in sports direct.

I don't know what Sports Direct sell but I think Body-Solid make decent stuff at a reasonable price.

I got a folding powerline one. Does the job.

Has seeing the buff Olympic bodies shamed you to action? Lol

Lol never do bench press like that alone. There are some horrific YouTube vids of people dropping bars on themselves.

If it's just a bench you're after do you want incline/decline? If so, I can recommend the Bodycraft range - I use one in my power rack and it's very solid and well-padded:

You will waste a **** load of cash to use it for a week.......then the novelty will of worn off and you will be back on the Xbox

hammer strength have top quality equipment mate

edit to add, they are dear lol, but just about the best you can get - wouldnt fancy building a well equipped home gym with there kit lol

2nd motgage anyone lol

altho beleive it or not the style/angle/durability of training equipment is important, but only for top level trainers - joe bloggs at home -hmmm maybe not so important lol
