OOoo, that looks good, funnily enough a colleague returned my dvd of the first one a few days ago.

Now the old guy at the beginning is going to bug the carp out of me, as I know the voice and he's been in something I have watched recently.

Ahh, he's the disabled sniper in Shooter.

Awesome, the first one was a cracking film so if the second one is half as good I'll really enjoy it

Looks good to me. Enjoyed the 1st film, was never really convinced Neeson could be a hard man, until I saw the 1st film.

Whats not to like?....

Its like a modern version of Death Wish, but with Audi product placement and a little less gritty.

I know its a film but I prefer mine to be pretty reasonably believeable but Neeson heads to Paris and basically overthrows the whole underground crime scene in a couple of days with no help whatsoever. Nah, if Im gonna watch something that I cant believe in give me a Batman movie or something.

He had help though. The French Police, apart from the corrupt bugger. Plus before he retired he had all sorts of contacts. I found it totally believable. Loved it. I like Batman too, since Christian Bale took over the role

It might start to be a bit far fetched if it becomes a trilogy,i'd start to worry if i was a close member of his family,i'd be getting a new identity.

I'd say that a very high percentage of movies are totally unbelievable that's what makes them entertaining, if they were believable they would be documentaries

Which movies would you consider believably then ?

Maybe transporter where he uses a crane hook to remove a bomb from under his car by jumping and flipping over mid air ??

Maybe Mission impossible where the bad guy chases a train into a tunnel in his helicopter ??

Got to agree with this to be fair, but at the end of the day it would be a pretty dull film if he had just popped down his local cop shop and gone home and waited from them and Interpol to take three years doing nothing and had then had to have counselling to deal with losing his kid.

Loved the first one, but somehow I can't help think that they should have left it there.
This second one, they want revenge i.e. kill him and those he loves I imagine? yet they just decide to kidnap the ex wife (and poss the daughter AGAIN) and wait for Neeson to come to them and pick them off one by one AGAIN...

Too lose one member of one's family can be considered unfortunate.
To lose two is just incompetence.8-)
