just wanted to know if anyone had tried any and if so are they any good. ive had a quick look on tinternet but i never trust the reviews on their websites, a few guys have tried them at work but not convinced yet and they are quite expensive to just go out and buy the kits. there is a sample one by nucig but it works out at 8 quid for the equiv of a ten pack - ouch

if your not bothered how it looks but want loads of battery life and tones of vaper get a lavatube,,,,

I managed to give up using e cigs after 16 years of smoking and so did my bro-in-law.
I got my stuff from "totally wicked" and as said the refillable stuff works out a lot cheaper and you can get lots of yummy flavours. I loved the menthol one despite hating menthol ****.

it seems complicated though as in what works with the lava tube. i thought working on my car was hard, figuring out which kit to get seems harder.

I fell off the roof and had to spend time in hospital where I could not smoke. When I got home I went cold turkey which was easier to do after the hospital stay. I thank goodness that it worked!

I don't know about those e cigs but I do know that anything that seemed like a ciggie would undo all the good done by keeping off them. You have to be hard nosed about it,it is just not easy of course.

Can't recommend falling off the roof in the first place though!

They always say people put on weight when they give up smoking cause of giving their hands something to do?
So, could starting on these e-cigs help me lose weight? I've never smoked, apart from experimenting when younger like everyone does.

eCigs FTW!

I have a 510 Tank and they are dead easy to fill up, plenty of vape, although the tornado tanks are better. Been on it for about ten weeks now, don't want to stop! Gotta be cherry for the best flavour though

I have a skycig as I used quit38 as the discount code. tried it over the weekend when I couldn't smoke on the archery course, worked a treat. So from here on in its that over real smokes.

you can get them with no nicotine in but ffs dont get them with nicotine, next thing you know you will be on the real deal and please dont do that
