Default photoshoppers help

ive got a photo of me and my little girl from my brothers wedding but its come out abit blured and im gutted, can anyone do anything with it to get it clearer. thanks

If you have an original photo of a good pixel count, than no problem, but you can't put a 160kb picture up and expect anyone to manipulate it the way you want.

It's extremely difficult to "unblur" a photograph.
