Tesco Insurance complaints
Tesco have taken double my monthly payment for car Insurance down to numerous amount of **** ups like changing direct debit account detail and still taking it from the old account that is not used and then when paying manual because it didn't clear they took double instead.
But then they realise, they refund not to *the card I paid on but the one I used months ago and I cannot access for personal reasons.
They've basically said we aren't going to do anything you'll have to go through the complaints procedure.
Anyone know a email or telephone number I can take this higher to?
Even the nice lady on the phone said it was a joke and shed be annoyed too.
