Devizes to Westminster epic Royal Marines
Guys please spread this far and wide & help bring in donations. Yesterday Captain Jonathan White RM & C/Sgt Lee Waters RM completed the Devizes to Westminster kayak race, 125 miles in a time of 28hrs 08 minutes (without breaks!) Now considering they only have 5 semi functioning limbs between them, are still going through rehabilitation & 5x Olympic Gold medalist Sir Steve Redgrave only managed to go 87 of the 125 mile race I think you'll agree this is an outstanding achievement that shows exactly the kind of men it takes to become Royal Marines. It would mean a lot to them to see a big increase in donations when they wake up (probably tomorrow morning lol)
