iPod classic problem.
I`ve just bought a used classic but iTunes doesn`t `see it`. When I plugged it in for the first time my laptop installed the software. Then, I was told it needed formatting which I did. Now, when I plug my old nano in it comes up as a device but the classic doesn`t. Am I missing something?
A mate has just said I need to add it to my itunes but he doesn`t know how so what he does is create a new user on his laptop, download a new iTunes and do it that way.

I just uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it. Works fine now
