Still the saga is ongoing, but this Friday (pay day) could well be when I do a runner and quit without serving any notice

Still none the wiser as to what is going on with the company, but after last weeks drug dealing activities from the MD, I am now on holiday this week and very unlikely to return as I can no longer be part of that organisation

However I do have a question regarding PAYE debt

I had to go and see the HM Customs bloke as he had turned up at the site, but by the time I got to the main site reception he had gone but had left a letter

I opened it and it was for PAYE debt and he was there to collect payment in full or start proceedings to sieze goods

He turned up again today too with another letter

Anyway if the company owes PAYE how will that affect NI contributions and in turn any sick pay, pension and possible reclaim of wages once we go into administration?

I have still paid my NI contributions (although last month will be a bit dubious I guess as he paid us cash into our bank accounts from newco)
