Absolutely impossible deadlines.

Once the software environment got approved I got the documentation out within 10 days. It is 170 pages long - the client has said it's too much for a 1 day course.

My manager has said he will deliver - "And speak fast"

And - Today, he says "Thank you for such a good document" You finish next Friday!
